Our Projects
Medical Outreach Projects
Our medical outreach projects provide free, compassionate, Christ-centered healthcare to communities with limited access to medical services. Through regular medical camps and outreach programs, we serve remote rural areas, informal urban settlements, and cross-border mission locations.
These outreaches provide consultations, laboratory testing, dental and vision care, cancer screening, nutrition counseling, and health education. Alongside medical care, our teams share the Gospel and offer spiritual encouragement.
Some of the projects undetaken
- 12 medical camps conducted in 2025 alone
- 11,054 patients treated across seven counties.
- Outreach to 10 communities

Discipleship and Missionary Sending
MeMA equips believers for effective ministry through integrated training, discipleship, and missionary sending initiatives. These programs prepare pastors, church leaders, students, healthcare professionals, and volunteers to serve both locally and across borders.
Participants receive biblical training, leadership development, cross-cultural exposure, and practical mission experience. Those called to long-term missions are further equipped and sent to strategic locations where they serve communities through healthcare, discipleship, church planting, and community transformation.
Some of the projects undetaken
- 25 pastors and church leaders graduated from training in Pokot in 2025
- Over 500 students reached with the Gospel through school ministries.
- Shalom Pathway curriculum developed with 12 staff under training
- 50 missionaries trained and sent across Africa by 2025.
- Church planting resulting in 28 churches in Pokot and 12 in South Sudan
- Missionaries serving in seven countries across Africa
Leadership and Capacity Building Projects
MeMA invests in indigenous leadership through capacity-building initiatives that equip pastors, evangelists, and community leaders with biblical and practical leadership skills.
Some of the projects undetaken
- Pastoral and leadership training programs in East Pokot
- 365 local evangelists trained across mission fields.
- Monitoring and Evaluation training conducted for 12 staff members.
- Mission conferences and seminars reaching over 5,550 mission leaders and members.
Economic Empowerment Projects
Our economic empowerment projects focus on restoring dignity and creating sustainable livelihoods for vulnerable individuals and families. Through vocational training, participants gain practical skills that enable them to support themselves and their households.
Some of the projects undetaken
- Fashion and design training for 36 women in East Pokot and Tana River.
- 180 children directly benefiting from the fashion design program.
- 80 households impacted through income-generating activities.
- Support for girls rescued from harmful cultural practices through life-skills and mentorship programs.
