Medical Missions Africa (MeMA) is committed to strengthening indigenous leadership through intentional capacity building and leadership development programs. We train pastors, evangelists, missionaries, and community leaders to become effective servants who can lead with integrity, compassion, and biblical principles.

Training Church and Community Leaders
MeMA provides practical, biblically grounded training for, Pastors, Evangelists, Church elders, Youth leaders, Community workers
Training focuses on, Church planting, Biblical leadership, Discipleship, Evangelism, Community engagement
These programs equip leaders to minister effectively within their cultural and social contexts.
Pastoral and Leadership Training Programs
One of our flagship initiatives is the Pastoral and Leadership Training Program implemented in regions such as East Pokot.
Through this program, local leaders receive structured training that prepares them to, Lead churches, Disciple believers, Plant new congregations, Address community challenges with biblical solutions
This model ensures leadership is locally rooted and culturally relevant.
Empowering Indigenous Leaders
MeMA’s approach focuses on raising leaders from within the communities we serve. By equipping indigenous leaders, we create a multiplier effect where trained leaders, Reach their own people groups, Mentor emerging leaders, Strengthen local churches, Build sustainable discipleship movements
This approach has brought lasting impact in regions such as East Pokot, Samburu, and South Sudan.
