Medical Missions Africa (MeMA) is committed to mobilizing, training, and sending both medical and non-medical missionaries to underserved and least-reached communities across Africa and beyond.
Our missionary sending program exists to bring holistic transformation—addressing physical, spiritual, emotional, and social needs—through the love of Christ.
Training and Preparation
Before deployment, missionaries undergo intentional preparation to equip them for effective service. This includes, Discipleship and spiritual formation, Mission orientation, Cross-cultural training, Professional readiness, Field exposure
Our goal is to raise resilient, mission-minded servants who can thrive in diverse and challenging environments.
Medical and Non-Medical Missionaries
MeMA sends a diverse group of missionaries, including. Doctors and nurses, Clinical officers and laboratory professionals, Pastors and evangelists, Teachers and trainers, Community development workers
Each missionary uses their skills and calling to serve communities while sharing the Gospel in practical and meaningful ways.
Strategic Placement and Support
We work closely with: Churches, Mission agencies, Hospitals, Local ministries, International partners
Through these partnerships, we ensure effective placement, pastoral care, accountability, and ongoing support for every missionary.
This structure allows missionaries to serve effectively while remaining spiritually and professionally supported.
Long-Term Impact and Discipleship
Our missionary sending program is focused on lasting transformation.
Missionaries serve in communities where they: Provide healthcare and social support, Plant and strengthen churches, Train local leaders, Disciple individuals and families, Help build sustainable, Christ-centered communities
To date, MeMA has trained and sent dozens of missionaries to serve in multiple countries across Africa.
